You are using the wrong domain to send the emails to
The domain that we are using to receive the emails is in.parseur.com
Note the "in." prefix.
It is not the same domain as the one used elsewhere (parseur.com).
Your Outlook server prevents the forwarding of emails to Parseur
You will receive an email in response stating that "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it". You'll need to contact your server administrator to change the server settings to allow the forwarding. More details.
You configured your mailbox as "Attachments only"
This setting will make us discard the emails, and only keep and display the attachments. If you are sending emails without attachments, or if the attachment's format is not supported, nothing will show up in the document list. Check the list of supported files formats.
Your Email sender block/allow list settings are blocking the sender of the emails
Please make sure that the email address you are trying to send emails from is not blocked by your account-level or mailbox-level "Email sender block/allow list" configuration.
You are using a delete template and it matched
Congratulations! Your email was matched by a "delete" or a "process then delete" and all went well. There are no such templates on your account by default, but someone from your team may have configured one of those. Delete templates' whole purpose is to delete some documents automatically. This can be used to protect confidential data or to get rid of undesirable documents.
Our servers are experiencing an outage or delays
Check our status page to see if Parseur is currently down or experiencing an incident.
Our server classified your email as spam
Our server blocks spam. It has a very high bar to classify an email as spam, and it is highly unlikely that it will falsely identify an email as spam that is not spam.
Retention policy
You have setup a short retention policy and your emails were deleted automatically after a configurable number of days were elapsed. The shortest retention policy is one day.
