If you plan to create many mailboxes in Parseur but the dataset in each of them will be the same, you can copy a mailbox in its settings tab, or you can reach out to our team to have a desired mailbox flagged as a Master mailbox.
Master mailboxes serve as a template that is automatically applied when creating new Apprentice mailboxes. All fields and instructions in the Fields tab of a Master mailbox are copied to any newly-created mailbox, except for Metadata fields.
Once a Master mailbox has been configured, it will appear as an option in your Settings tab of each mailbox under the Mailbox Type dropdown:
You can use this option to manually apply the Master mailbox fields to older mailboxes if you wish, or to reapply fields that may have been deleted.
