Can I get a demo? Can we talk on the phone?

Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity for Parseur platform demonstrations or calls at the moment. As a growing business with a small, dedicated team, we currently focus on providing the best self-service product and experience.

Parseur is designed to be easy to use and understand, allowing you to explore its features at your own pace. We invite you to try Parseur for free and discover its capabilities firsthand. We also have an extensive support center that should have answers to most questions.

While we're unable to jump on calls, we warmly welcome any questions you might have post-trial. Reach out via our chat or via our contact form.

Can I speak with your sales team?

Of course! Send us your questions via our chat or via our contact form and we'll make sure to have somebody from sales get back to you by email as soon as possible, typically within one business day.

Is Parseur available on premises? Can Parseur be used offline?

No, Parseur is only available as a cloud application. We don't offer an on-premises or offline version of Parseur.

Is Parseur app available in Spanish, French, or Portuguese?

No, Parseur is only available in English at the moment.

Can I transfer my mailboxes to another account?

Yes, you can do that in two ways:

  • If you haven't already created the other account and want to move all your mailboxes, you can simply change your current account email address to the new email in your account settings.

  • If you already have created the other account and/or only want to transfer a subset of your mailboxes, contact us, and we can transfer the mailboxes for you. When contacting us, send us the email address you want to transfer mailboxes from, the email address you want to transfer your mailboxes to, and the name of the mailboxes you want to transfer.

I have forgotten my password, can the Parseur team retrieve it for me?

No, we cannot. All our users' passwords are cryptographically encrypted in a way that is irreversible. That means that we have no way of reading your password. If you forgot your password, you will have to reset it.

How to reset my password?
